We're small, and hiring carefully
Taratone is a small team building something that handles other organizations' money. We'd rather hire slowly than staff up ahead of the product.
We don't keep a permanent list of openings. When we hire, it's because a specific constraint has become the thing holding the product back — and we'd rather talk to someone who has read what we're building and has an opinion about it than collect applications.
The work is genuinely hard in the ways that matter: multi-tenant financial software, real payment rails, charity compliance in two countries, and a customer who often has one part-time bookkeeper. If that sounds interesting rather than daunting, write to us.
