Our roadmap is shaped week to week by the churches we're building alongside. This is the most direct way onto it.
The most useful requests describe the situation rather than the feature: what you were trying to do, what you do today instead, and who else in your church is affected. That gives us enough to solve the actual problem, which is sometimes not the feature that was asked for.
